I'm not just another agent.
I'm your trusted partner to sell, buy or build.
Hi, I’m Katie Grieco, a wife, bulldog mom, Penn State grad, Vienna homeowner, Arlington landlord and Vice President at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.
When I entered the real estate industry in 2014, I was seeking a career where I could make a difference. Today, I am proud knowing I've helped so many clients achieve homeownership, build substantial wealth, and perhaps most importantly, enjoy those everyday, simple moments in their homes and communities.
I look at my role as a real estate advisor as the key to helping people Unlock What's Next in their lives. When I think about what I do, I technically lead you through selling, buying or building one of your largest assets. However, over time, I've realized that what I truly do is help you begin a new chapter.
If you are seeking a professional partner and lifelong real estate advisor -- not just another agent -- you're in the right place
My Core Values

ADVOCACY
I prioritize your needs and goals. I will always go the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome.
ADAPTABILITY
This industry is ever evolving.
I am committed to being at the forefront to give you every possible advantage.
My Story
I grew up in a small farming town outside of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. My high school football team plays at Mussleman Stadium, so the next time you pour a glass of apple juice or give your kids applesauce, know it's possible it was made with apples from my family's farm.
Growing up in a small town with mostly local, family-owned businesses has largely shaped how I act as a working professional today. I value relationships, teamwork, and doing the right thing, especially when it's hard. On a fruit farm, you start and end the day when the work is done - not when the clock reaches a certain hour. This is something I've continued daily in my decade+ real estate career.

But before I got here, many years ago, I followed in my sister's footsteps and attended Penn State. Upon graduating, I moved to Arlington to begin a career in sales and events with Design Cuisine caterers, the company that has served the last 6+ Presidential Inaugural Luncheons. I spent several years as a trusted advisor at Design, and thrived in the fast-paced environment with lots of moving pieces and problems to solve. Then in 2014, with a refined and developed skill set, I pivoted my advisory role to the real estate industry, and I have never looked back.
I spent the first 9 years of my career living in North Arlington with my husband. We absolutely loved it, but in 2023, we decided it was time for a new chapter outside the beltway. We moved to Vienna to get our English bulldog Barkley the yard he deserves and bought a 1960's colonial that we're preparing to renovate from top to bottom. It's a large undertaking, but one we're very much excited to begin.
In my spare time, you'll find me at the Vienna Farmers Market buying produce from my hometown farmers, or out and about supporting our local businesses. On Saturdays in the fall, my husband and I will be cheering on our Nittany Lions, and occasionally, you'll find me on a golf course practicing my 'game.'
